Are we perfect? No! We have a long way to go… And we will. We always do our best to protect our environment and be an example for our community. It’s a journey for us; we learn. And improve. Soap and the likes
We use 100% natural soaps, shampoos and mosquito repellent. And we are trying out charcoal tooth paste… We love it!
All biodegradable and effectively we give back to nature, as we intentionally let some of the bathroom water flow back into the plantation and contribute nutrients to crops.

Fertilizers & Pesticides
We do not use any artificial fertilizer in our plantation, but only 100% natural compost. We make this ourselves, from local cow and goat manure, wood, green cuttings from the plantation, etc.

We have seriously considered solar power, and still are. Hopefully in the near future. We are still connected to Indonesia’s PLN electricity network. Practicality and, more importantly, reliability in terms of service. We’re not “around the corner”…
